After College I went on to work in advertising and marketing for the motion picture industry in New York City before settling down with my family in Madison.  While raising my children, I worked part-time for a local marketing company and assisted my husband with his residential appraisal business.   I also spent 2 years doing home staging and organizing before starting to work with Coldwell Banker and selling real estate.

Business Philosophy:

My business philosophy is simple - treat my customers as I would want to be treated. I strive to be on top of the market and relay this information to my clients, be available, be a good listener, be diligent and meticulous, and always be honest and ethical.

Education and Training:

After graduating from Villanova University, I worked for four years as a commercial real estate appraiser for Moran & Associates in Stamford, CT. Subsequently, I worked for Mutual of New York and Nomura Securities in New York City as a real estate asset manager and analyst where I was responsible for the management of multi-million dollar investments including foreclosed properties, new construction projects, first mortgage loans, and equity investments. I completed the real estate licensing requirements for the State of Connecticut in the spring of 2004 and have worked at Coldwell Banker in Madison, Connecticut since 2007.

Community Involvement:

Upon moving back to my hometown of Madison nearly 19 years ago, I immediately became involved in the Madison Newcomer's Club in order to reestablish my roots here. The Newcomer's Club is a social and civic organization which annually raises thousands of dollars for local charities and scholarships. In 2005-2006, I served as the president of the Newcomer's Club. Presently, I volunteer for the Madison Food Pantry and Daniel Hand High School Baseball Boosters and enjoy spending my spare time at my children’s tennis matches and baseball games.

Personal Background:

As a child my family moved often with my father's career in sales. In 1978, my family finally settled in Madison and has been here ever since. My husband and I lived in Darien, CT and worked in New York City for many years. After the birth of our first child, we decided to move back to my hometown to raise our family.
